Comcare Health Services, LLC is a home health agency committed to providing excellent and quality care to our patients.  Comcare Health Services, LLC is dedicated to a continuum of care for our patients in collaboration with our trained and skilled professionals in other to achieve the best outcomes.

Here at Comcare Health Services, LLC, we strive to make smooth transitions from the hospital to client’s home, by providing long term nurturing and professional care geared towards the clients particular medical, social and psychological needs.
We coordinate with physicians, discharge planners, case managers, community agencies and family members to guarantee an extension to the care offered by the hospitals.

Our patients recovering from an illness or injury.

Persons who are disabled and/or chronically ill.

Persons who do not need to stay at the hospital,

yet require more equipment and supervised care than a

patient, partner or friend alone may be able to provide
